Ok!!! so everybody seems to like these ongoing Events, so I made a pumpkin patch some place in Felucca. Heavy Pumpkins will spawn and it is up to you how to get them back to a safe place if you can even get them out of my "Farm". This will go till the end of the month the Nov 29th and will give out gifts on Nov 30th to all that enter pumpkins that came from the farm only. (THESE PUMPKINS are not the kind you can buy)

OK so now that we all know what is going on here is how it will work:
Get a pumpkin from the Pumpkin Patch and bring it just DOWN the road (SE from farm follow the road) and toss it in Hina's Pumpkin Chest where the road breaks into 3 parts.
Just drop it in and it will fall in a package automatically with the char name you are on allowing me to get your rewards in the end back to you.

How to win: take as many of these special pumpkins as you can get from the farm back to the chest just SE along the road from the Pumpkin Patch. On Nov 30h I will count your combined weight and the 3 people with the largest combined weights will win!

The prizes are as follows:

1st +20 Powerscroll of your choice
2nd A spell channel deed
3rd A item rename deed

Remember all that enter at least one heavy pumpkin will get a prize for trying this event!

ok this is a lot of fun but there are some things that are kind of hard.

1: sometimes the spawned pumpkins spawn under another pumpkin. so you have to use all names (you dont' have a lot of time for that)

2: i can't carry it unless i use a bag of holding.

3: some pumpkins you can pick up and you drag across to your bag goes poof (disappears), and is not shown on the ground. it is also not lag because i ran to tc and yet they are still not in the bag of holding.

fun rating: 7 (10 being highest). this is a lot of fun though running around picking up pumpkins if you can, and watching others (yourself included) die A LOT. Are you sure this isn't a Veritas's event? O.o

Why i can not enter when i am on my pet ? Who has not use bag of holding he can not take pumpkin with 1000stones weight.
If i take this item and do 3 steps i will have 0 stamina. Impossible :/

Miners have been moving 1000+ stone piles since the first day of UO. So not impossible

**Pets were never meant to be able to be used here.
**Bags of holding were not meant to be used here.
**Druid spells were not meant to be used here.
**Hide and stealth was not meant to be used here.
And a few other things we noticed others doing to make it unfair.

People using some of these not meant to be used here skills/pets ended up with quite a few pumpkins, making some of them untouchable as for competition.

This being said .... +Colibri is fixing a few things and the contest will start over hopefully this evening.


Don't PANIC lol .... those of you who entered a pumpkin from the field will recieve a gift in your bank very soon in a white parcel package.

well there goes my chance to be one of the cool kids and win an event.
One other fix I would love see would be to give the crows mortal wound ability.

This would also keep people from just running around ae hitting and 1 second healing to collect the pumpkins.

What should we do if we saved pumpkins to turn in later?

Should we keep them as a head start for the next event?
