First treasure map...

I figured out the area but can't find exact spot.
And there is no help messages after unsuccessful dig (dispite what Codex of Wisdom says).
So how can I find it? What should I look for? How precise dig must be? etc.
Any tips are welcome.

Have you tried using UO.Stratics.com, they got a great section there with help for doing T-Maps and where all the locations are.
After everything i've been threw, i'm still smiling...Not because i'm strong...But because i'm crazy!
Now that should scare you.....
