2nd Account

I am trying to set up an account for myself. My son already has one and I want to be able to play together.

do I have to wait for the admin?

well you may be able to go ahead and make the new account, but it's best that the admin still knows why there's two accounts on the one IP address. However, I'd say that you just told him.

I've tried to create an account and it just errors out.

alright. It's my understanding that sometimes you can just create a second account and sometimes you have to get help from Colibri, or perhaps one of the other gamemasters.

In any case, you'll just have to contact one of the gamemasters at this point. Your best bet is to talk to the server administrator, Colibri. He can get you set up. When he reads this thread he may just contact you anyway, but you still might go ahead and send him a private message or something.

Taken care of.

It's like this: everytime you try to log on, if the account doesnt yet exist, it tries to create a new one.
But - it also checks all accounts for the same IP. So if there a connection made in the past from the same IP, you cannot make it.
If youre on dialup or a broadband with dynamic IP, then your IP has changed since you last created an account, therefor you can create a new one without me.

Also, if you create one account at your house, and then go to your friends', you can create another account there, and then go to your house and connect with both at once.
But if a player seems suspicious we got a little maze you have to run through to proove it's really one person on each account.
