carpenter tools

ok, so i am trying to fill out a few carpenter BoD's after getting a few hundred logs right? wrong...i spent a full hour trying to find an npc to purchase carpenter tools from. carpenter and tinker npc's are suposed to carry them but they only sell wooden shields drums or tinker tools.
everyone who was online said to go to the carp. npc but had no other ideas when i said they don't sell the tools.
eather there is an npc i missed or you really would help out new players by adding them to the vendor list.

There is some on [exex. Npcs dont sell em.

Make em yourself, it costs like 1 ingot per hammer, and requires 30 tinkering iirc, its alot cheaper than exex will be anyway. tinkering is a very handy skill to have if you plan on raising profs.
