I recently came across this item and been wondering about its origin. Anyone know anything about this item, like where it comes from, or how rare it is. I've done some searching on the net, on OSI shards its a super rare item, not sure about UOEX. On UOStratics it says "Found in the Fisherman's Brew Tavern in Serpent's Hold" Does that mean its a stealable? Other websites refer to it as a "Server Birth Rare". Anyone know anything about it in regards to UOEX? Thanks.

Hello, the spittoon was an reward item from +Chaos's Hunters' Lounge Event couple of months back. Also I'm not sure if its a stealable here since I haven't came across it.
