I received one of these as a bod reward last night. As I am still kinda new (month and a half) I dont see me working on this anytime soon....if ever.

Is the book a sale-able item? If so, what is the going price?

yes they are sell-able try about 300-500k. there was a player who mentioned in another post he wanted to start bio engineering. you could try to sell him one if he has not read one yet. good luck.
