well i cant log into my account???? have i been banned for something??? if so what because i really haven't even played on this shard in like a year or 2

You need to log in on a semi regular basis to keep your account active. If you don't, your account gets deleted and your house drops, the items in your house either go poof after so long, or if players find it before then, they scavenger the items. You could try emailing the coordinating administer to see if he will get your character back, but it think the chances are low. If you create a new account, send me a [pm in game and I'll hook you up to get your started again.

mercy was logging for me because i went off to college for awhile but when i try to log in it comes up as "Verifying account" and thats it.

Sounds like it might be something else then, usually if your account is deleted, you get sent to the character creation screen. Not sure how to fix the problem you are describing thu. Sorry, but good luck.

i got on a different computer and pmed a staff because i dont know whats going on

Your house and the infamous BatCave are still there Bruce! Did you see the other post post about connecting to UO? Try logging on without razor.

your running razor!
when you get stuck at verifying account close uo
start razor and check or unckeck use osi encryption. you will have to do this every time you hit the problem.
there is a reg edit you can make regarding this issue but i was unable to get the reg hack to work
also if you have splash screen dissabled when starting razor you will have to enable to change then encryption settings.
