The Harper's Rise Again...
Hello, and well met. Those seeking a guild atmosphere need not look much further then right here. The Harper's have been around for a year now, with high and low tides of members. Each day we grow stronger in might, if not numbers, because we play the game instead of just get by in it. Ever fought a Balron with a melee weapon? Or killed a champion spawn with only magic users (non druid casters). We push the limits to see what we can do. So join us and add to the fun times and glorious tales.
What we have:
*** A rank system---to make sure things get done accordingly, and without hassle.
*** Several home bases---run by guild members (currently working on a large vendor mall area)
*** Fun is our number one rule---there are more rules for guild and shard cohesion, but the 'FUN' rule always applies, FIRST.
*** Adventurous activities---like champion hunts, or GoC item/piece collection nights/days. (even weapon XP runs)
Last but not least we have much more to improve in, especially if you are the kind of dedicated player, who thrives in a guild atmosphere and gets along with just about any one. So, if you like to mine ore, cut tree's, grow flowers, build houses, smite evil, collect gold, or beg from beggars; then the Harper's Guild might be a place to call home. The way you play builds onto the guilds story, making it truly an epic tale.
PM... Danilo Thann or Redforrussia, in game, for more details or guild admittance.
(p.s.) Tamers are welcome, but only get paid minimum wages... due to over abundance...

Criticism is good because it improves upon what came before, and solidifies the strongest of foundations.

Re: The Harper's Rise Again...
Take notice... any candidates whom wish to join the Harper's:
The Harper's may not be for everyone... especially people whom have no intention of being part of a sum/group.
We hunt as a group, using tactics & player character potential skill sets. Hunting on your own should be about making money and doing as you see fit. Hunting as a group requires working together to accomplish something not easily done alone or with a few. This means certain skills are needed from some if not all members.
If you do not yet have, nor wish to gain, the skills Healing or Veterinary; please under stand these skills and possibly others as well... are required by Harper/Group Tactics Law.

Harpers! I wanna hear your support in this thread! Let's tell people about why we are awesome!
Post something like a favorite memory or a great screenshot!
I remember when Trygg and I decided (against Danilo's advice) to try to kill the Fire Ruby Dragon without pets, bios, or druid stuff. We got Danilo to join in (mostly by me taunting him) and the three of us spend the next hour in a mad dash to get rezzed and get one more hit in before we died again. All three of us dropped at least one if not 3 fame levels, but we got the bugger! =) Sometimes personal challenges are the most fun.

Hahaha! I remember that! Was a great Hunt!Lagos wrote:I remember when Trygg and I decided (against Danilo's advice) to try to kill the Fire Ruby Dragon without pets, bios, or druid stuff. Now in recollection. Once we guild-mates went to Feluccia to rome and Hunt what we could find. After much journey, we came upon a Champ outside Cove. Myself being new to Champions spawns, knew not this was here.
As Harpers we don't back down, we press on. Four of us with weapon in hand and might we can dig up from within, we waged war against the mobs of Feluccia Cove Champion. The Battle continued for much over 4 hours, death in the air and bodies littering the ground. Much question was brought to bear weather this fight could be won.
In the end though, the evil mobs of this Champ and the great Champion Himself could not stop his demise!
Re: The Harper's Rise Again...
An Epic Battle raged in the confines of Labyrinth with myself and guild-mate Lawliet. Much loot was gained for our wives and children! Gold measured at 520,000 gp's! We can feast with this much lootz tonight!

Re: The Harper's Rise Again...
Aye, this was a great day and a great battle. Many minotaur were slain, and many sharks felt the wrath of our weapons!

Re: The Harper's Rise Again...
Would appear that with or without me the Harper's prosper!!!!!
So if any one out there is looking for a new home, or perhaps just wants to team up with a few Harper's on a suicide mission into Sgail; just pm me or another Harper... and let the fun begin.
What's the first rule of being a Harper....?
RULE # 1. FUN!!!
Be well, all, see you on the battle field.

Imma 14 yr vet from Chesa, played multiple free shards over the last few years and recently came to Excelsior. I like it and plan on staying so I wanna jump right in with a good group of guys. Either tell me how to get a hold of you guys or who to get a hold of or message Famine in game. Thanks!
