Trade channel, and leash added to tool house?

Hey all, two ideas i've heard/spoke about in last few weeks, that I believe would be very benefitital to the shard

1: Leashes for putting away pets, added as an option to tool houses?

2: A channel implemented into game for people wanting to advertise their good, without disturbing those who do not wish to read or see it. (for those who complain about game spam) a simple on/off option should suffice?
