It's now posted on the wiki:

Wiki Experience Table

I altered it so that experience is the amount needed to level the weapon from its current level to the next, so that:

• level 1 isn't really N/A but rather 300xp to get to level 2, and 0 Total Exp.
• Adding a row's values together equal the total minimum experience of the next row.

Total Exp is the total minimum experience required to be at that level.
