Leveled Weapons Points by Mobs

For those who are not sure which mobs are best to go after to level up your weapon I hope this file will help. In putting this together, I have to admit I found some pleasant surprises and I hope you would as well. For instance, why risk your fanny dealing with a Balron when you can gather more points for your wep slaying a Juka mage. I highlighted some in green that I think are high value yet low risk. Now, before you say I get more from this mob or that one I did only 5 samples per. And, I only did agressive monsters that spawned in Trammel, Ilshenar, Malas and Tokuno. If I tried the ones in Fel, well let's put it this way, I would have died more than collect data. Plus, I just didn't have the time. Finally, I put this together with Excel 2010 so I hope all who are interested can open it up.(I also made a PDF version) I have these tabs in there: By mobs as I encountered them, by average points and in alphabetical order. It would have been great if I was able to seperate them by location so you could determine a nice rotational pattern but again, I just didn't have the time. If anyone wants to take this and expand on it, it is fine by me.

Thanks for the compliment. There will be an addendum eventually to add a few mobs that I missed to include Dreadhorn Spiders, plus Gnaw and Irk, Rock Gods, Vampires, Onyx Dragon and Drake, Black Lich and Sapphire Dragon, though the last 2 may be a bit of a stretch for me to solo. I doubt also that I will include the Dread Mare for obvious reasons.

Update - Vampires averaged 88 points from the 5 I killed while Rock Gods averaged 20. The one Onyx Dragon I killed provided 32 points. Just a note, I did not see any difference in points for the regular vampire versus an ancient one.

Heheh! Yep, I did notice the same thing as you (concerning the absence of correlation between monster difficulty and xp) almost two years ago: http://uoex.net/forum/viewtopic.php?f=1&t=2369 . I recommend that you don't complain about it though, unless you are ok with getting flamed by the players that love to have the ability to script easy lich kills and by the "donators" who couldn't care less, as they can slap a few +10 deed to speed the process, or even better, buy Eds, sell them for godzillions and then make a scripter level their weapon for them for a few mils.

what i love about putting on +10 level deeds is you get 55 points per level deed. if you did it the other way you get 50. . i know i know this is like salt in the wounds but much lub fingers. at least when people flame me they normally don't know what they are talking about , you on the other hand i respect cause you know a lot. *difference between a vet and a Elite Vet*

Honestly it's because of players like you, Krazy, Devlin, Geo Fizzle (and so many other great people) that I like this shard. Not for my relayers or level weapons or anything in that matter. The reason I voice myself so strongly about nerfs and whatnot is because my nature makes it impossible for me to stay silent when I feel something is not fair for any group of players.

At this moment, I beleive that the players unable to "donate", especially the new ones, don't have an equal chance. And having people not getting an equal chance in a community divides this community. That is not good.

I hear players for berating you in public chat for having so much good gear from donating. I don't. I would do the same as you if I could afford it. Proof: everytime I get a stack of 5 mil in my bankbox, I buy eds from exex. My problem is not with the donators but with the donation system and the modifications made in game to protect it.

The non-donator vets like me, who have got the chance to play before champ spawns nerfs and other nerfs, have accumulated decent gear and stuff; and we get alot of love from +V who often adds content that brings a good challenge for advanced players.
