I I have forged several hammers. But I do not know which one is the best.
Can you help me choose the best?

neither of them. with your gear set up id's suggest forging one that's mana leech, hit area attack and lightning. hit lower defense if you can get all 4. stay away from fireball unless you plan to put that mod on last. *if you kill a monster with the delayed fireball you do not get ext*

people at our level shouldn't worry about stamina/life leeches. it's nice if you can get it but not really necessary.
