Bio best weapon type?

Hi all
Since im new and not much "gold" to figure things out about the bio's - have anyone tested different weapons and damage outs on bios?. I know that bios can gain lumberjacking and get the damage bonus from it (25%) - am i right?

- but then again what would you suggest for bio weapon type ? please tell why it would be best you can suggest

Something with Hit Lower Defense/Attack, Hit Leech Stamina; preferrably the highest you can get it (50 on a crafted, 58 on a looted).

zar ivan who i haven't seen in awhile tested damage and realized lances do the most damage for a bio. but i like hammer picks.

ok so looted items can go little higer - nice thanks for the reply / info i didint know this.

i buyed a bio few days ago from him ok i gotta challenge this lance to the test then with All type axes

if you increase that 100% physical damage to 100%+, i belive that's the only way to get nice damage increase to the weapon base damage on Bio

Hmmm... funny, I thought Zar Ivan said that the viking sword was the best weapon for a bio. Probably I should craft some plat lances to do some testing as well.

awsome!, plz reply some test result when or if you are gonna test - im still getting my BS up to make some test items atm - magery is going up lol so for me it takes some time.. or make new thread of it - it might get pinned - who knows

1. Crafted weapons, with the Exceptional tag do more damage than looted weapons. Non-exceptional weapons do not get this damage bonus, only exceptional. You can check the difference on your status screen, Alt+S. A crafted yumi will do 3 points of damage more than a looted wep changed into a Yumi would.

2. Abilities. To my knowledge, bios use them, so check the Wiki and look at the Godmode Formula, there are guides on which weps have the highest damage/best abilities.
War Hammer/Double Axe/Halberd/Yumi for 2hand weps
Axes/Viking Swords are both good 1handers with Crushing Blow; the Axe is the hardest hitting 1handed wep (excluding Capt Jacks)
Katanas/Scimitars have Double Strike, but hit softer.

3. As for stats hit spell/area are key. Dunno if bios need ML, but LL would help, as would SL. And of course, the nefarious SC.
