someone else just had a similar problem solved... check your caps lock key, and make sure your username is exactly the same ... no space at the end...

That's a good solution what Shotta wrote. If you still can't login, send an email to the email address that's on the front page. Write your username and/or your character name, and well any other info you think could be helpful. And i'll see what can be done to get it working.
