De-Hue Items
Would it be acceptable to have a dye tub that is free to use or could be purchased that could remove the hue from an item?
For example in making the wall sconces they take on the shadow colour of the ingot but would look great the natural colour

Yea that's not a bad idea there is also a large standing candelabra on the hive tool which requires gold ingots. Id like to see it normal hue as well.

Does them tokuna minor dyes not turn these items to regular hue ? They work on most things.

No i tried them yesterday and it didn't work
Re: De-Hue Items
Well, not exactly steel - it dyes them their default color, ie - the colour they are when not made of coloured material. Though it does not work for every item.

My experiance has been different than that. I was tyring to un-dye some Artis back to their original colour, people said to use these tok Minors, but it just dyed everything steel colour. And of course, it only works on items eligible to be dyed by tok dyes.

Well, steel is basic material. But if you use it on a bow you get a regular brown one, just like the one crafted from regular wood. You don't get a steel (grey) one. But we both mean the same actually.

Err you -do- know you can choose "do not color" when you select a resource type right?
