I must have mistyped my password during initial login, I have emailed ca@uoex.net but I have not heard back. Does anyone have any advice on what I can do here?
Sincerely
Made a mistake with password.

Disregard my previous post. I think the only thing you can do is send the email and wait until +Colibri responds.

My tale of duress..
I'm in a password minefield created by EA.
I joined the "Return to Brittannia" promotion for the 15th anniversary of UO, which was free.
I remembered my 11 year old login and password, and was happily exploring old haunts however I could not place a house as that was only available to subscribers.
As I was interested to see how the housing system was going, I decide to re-sub for while.
To do that I needed an Origin-EA account. I did that, and they got my credit card details.
I explored, built and had two days of fun but missed having a population and hence economy.
Cancelling a subscription is where the minefield begins.
You need to link your old account to the new Origin-EA account, and have a master account. If you have played SWTOR, then that is your master account. Unfortunately, I did mistakenly play SWTOR. All these accounts take you to an EA account that let's you buy subscriptions but not cancel them. To unsub, you need to use your master account, which did not turn out to be my old SW one. I'm still lost, and need to check my credit card statements to ensure that I have cancelled. I had to get account email support..
So there are now four possible account logins, four passwords; a multitude of mother's maiden names and first pet names. If only my maternal grandfather and pets had avatars. Shit, that would make it worse.Greetings,
As you may be aware we’ve recently made some updates and changes to our account center so hopefully this will help assist in allowing you to cancel your account.
The first thing you will need to check when attempting to cancel an account is if the account in question has an automatic renewal package set up. If it does, then there should be a cancel button beneath the account on the left next to the “Change Password”, “Active Key”, and “Subscribe” buttons.
If the account does not currently have an automatic renewal package set up then there is nothing to be cancelled and as such the “Cancel Subscription” button will not appear.
Please be aware that in an effort to protect your billing information it is quite possible that your automatic renewal package may have been cleared, so as to avoid causing accidental charges. If this is the case, you may be required to manually re-establish any auto-renewal subscription you wish your accounts to have. Please check your account subscriptions to ensure they are to your liking.
On the bright side, I looked into freeshards as Origin UO had become too complex and new or returned players were irrelevant.
Excelsior sounded interesting. Got ganked at Britan cemetery; then found out about the Training Room

I'm having fun ... and still here !
