I have found that, with 99.9% certainty, Razor seems to be starting some program that is of a short (< 1 second) in duration. On let us say a 1 second basis.

It seems to NOT do this if there is any kind of mouse, keyboard activity, just when your idle, such as at the Trainers Room.

Is this something, in my infinite ignorance of Razor, that I have either turned on or have not turned on?

Why I am 99.9% certain is that If I start client.exe or uot3d.exe(spelling may be wrong), then this short duration program does not get started.

It is clear this behaviour is only, so far in the Training Room as I do not see it while sitting idle in my house.
