Item rename character length change.

Not so much a feature request but a slight rule change regarding item renaming. Turns out character limit on a renamed item is 20 characters. I, as many of you also do, have renamed items with longer names, some in excess of 30 characters. I'm simply asking that the rename length be changed to 30 characters.

I know this may seem fairly petty, but it allows for far more in naming your items. Plus it creates parity for those who were not around when +Coli still made all the relayers and renames in person, by hand...
