hey col any chance you can get me the ip of your dns server so then i can try to ping that to see if it may be a partial network blockage

What the hell... you're not even hitting sprint servers on the way in, it's all level 3. Straight from level 3 to shaw, no sprint whatsoever.

hey colibri question any chance you can contact your isp maybe they will do something for you because where you are a client? i find if that a person is not a client they dont care of what they say

Yep, i guess i'll call them. BTW, i'm not their client, i'm just a user

ARNES = academic research network of slovenia. However, to use their connection, i need the cable, for which i pay the regular monthly to another ISP. Used to be cheaper, but not anyone could get it... now the price is the same and just extra paperwork, so i'm with them just for the IP, I really got used to his one.

Will call, i hope i remember tomorrow.

i have finally figured out wats wrong. let just say isp leases new ip range. ip range only working in North america, updated routing did not take hold, expecally over seas. isp {after talking to backbone and t2 support manager admit its problem with ip range} will contact down the line to fix ip routing. OMG LOL week later finally found the problem.

supposly the new ip's they leased has not populated the routes over the world yet, and so the networks are see them as not existance

Here's an idea: Socks proxy... Will lag a little more but maybe at least you'll be able to water your plants

I dont know of any good proxy server, but i guess if you google it, you will find a few. But since they might not be very secure, use them only for playing UO, and not for browsing anything else.

Once you have a proxy address and port, you simply go to:
Control panel -> Internet options -> Connections -> Lan settings -> type the info there.
