Circlet with stats?

Has anyone ever seen or crafted a circlet, gemmed cirlcet or royal circlet that had stregnth, Dexterity or Intelligence on it? I personally have never seen one. If anyone has any, I may be interested in purchasing one, especially if it has 7 or 8 dex.

I believe circlet is still internally handled as a helmet/headgear. So the bonuses you can get on them are the same as other armour, not jewellery (which is the only craftable that can have stat bonuses on it). Though it's just my speculation, never did runic crafting of circlets.

I appreciate the input. I did try to make 10 items each with 198 smithing and plat runic hammer. I got properties like regens; HP, stamina and mana increase; luck; etc. but no stats. So, it appears you are right as they are treated like armor and not like jewlery.
