Tram Deceit now revamped. "Old" mobs unchanged. New additions (of the same mob types) have decreased gold, tokens, and weapon XP.
Doesn't this just make it harder for newer players?

No, since the old mobs still give what they did. It makes it a bit easier even, since there is more stuff to kill. Ie. less running around and waiting for spawns, more killing = gold.

It shouldn't make the trammel dungeons any more difficult for a new player. Most of our dungeons were horrifically under-spawned to start with, far less than the spawn on OSI. Even a new player with little or no gear would be pretty bored in most of the trammel dungeons. Furthermore, we have a lot of older players hunting in the same dungeons. Adding more spawn means there's a higher chance of a young player actually getting to kill some things in these dungeons, in spite of the recall leveling.

I am hoping to get approval for a couple of tweaks that will make recall leveling less of an annoying issue for those wishing to just hunt in dungeons, but we'll see if that goes through. In the mean time, bringing our dungeon spawn levels up to par will benefit the newbies as well as the vets.

Edit: Shame was one of the first revamps I did, and I tripled the spawn in almost that entire dungeon. No newbies have seemed to have any trouble with them, I've seen 2-day old characters doing just fine there.

I like the Hythloth overhaul the best so far, the levels below the first ramp up nicely one unused room with treasure in it right before you go down to the basement you have to teleport into, seems like an obvious spot for something like a bally, or maybe 2 for extra challenge since they can't get out of said room, but yeah just much better lots of stuff to kill more fun top to bottom
