New to the server. Have some noob questions.

Hey all I just wanted to introduce myself to everyone on the server, I'm 10 days old today! I played UO back when I was in middle school up to high school on Great Lakes in the late 90's early 2000's. I have jumped from server to server since then messing around with tamers here and there. I just wanted to say that I love it here and I think I will be around for awhile. You guys have done such a great job here! I have a few questions to ask if you guys don't mind helping me out.

I have most every important skill maxed out (17xGM) with a couple +10 scrolls. What should I do for high end gear/weps now that I have a bit of cash flow? I'm tired of killing Drags and Blood ele's...

I would love to join a guild that will help me out with my noobish ways. What is a good guild that will help me out with some end game stuff? (I've played WoW, Guild Wars 2, Rift, Diablo and I'm pretty good at working with a group.)
