Personally, I think they wander around like ninjas, hiding behind trees and such. They seem to poof out of nowhere when you least expect them sometimes... >.>

The staff go no where. They stay invisible to indulge their voyeurisms.

They are very similar to Kris Kringle, they know when you've been good
or bad.

they're always around. you know the occassional odd movement you see in the corner of your eye? well, that's GM's. And since there was no option for that, I'll have to withhold my vote.

Used to see the *poof* w/o ever seeing the person in my castle when i was bothering with bees, maybe that was the cause? ;)
