The OMNI shirt comes with 200 luck so you only added 200. That means 200ED was added and not 400ED. Therefore if someone would buy it from ED Stone would it would cost them 1300ED total, which is below the 1400ED you are asking. Not really a good deal I'd say

Also, the item appearance deed is 100ED and not 200ED.

I think you need to visit the ED room in Trinsic again.

Sorry, but just want to save someone from spending unnecessary ED.
