I have not been so active past 2 weeks.
and i seem to recall my durabilty on my bow was at 120ish / 220 before that.
a couple days earlier i had my break i had actually spent a few points on self repair(repairing a bow can be a bit tedious after all).
today when i logged in i noticed it said my gear needed repair, after a quick curse, i was scratching my head.
0/220?
so this has lead to a couple questions.
1, heard a lil whisper that repair 1 (like i have) dont actually repair the weapon but just slows it down.
2. does durability decrease over time?
3 bug?
thank you beforehand on the enlightenment
hm, bit of help.
Re: hm, bit of help.
Each time you use the weapon, it has a chance to decrease durability. By adding self repair, it also gains a chance on each hit to REPAIR durability. So, if you have 1 self repair, it has a chance each hit to both lose, and gain 1 point of durability. You will most likely end up in a losing battle however, as the chance to lose seems to be greater than the chance to gain.
By getting to self repair 5 ( I recommend spending 50 EDS instead of points on the weapon), each hit has a chance to lose 1, but gain 5. So you will almost never, ever have to worry about durability again, as you would need to lose 5 times as much as you gain.
Hope this helps.
