I'd like to contribute to the health of the server and general happiness of the players here so I'm offering my assistance with house placement to all you good Excelsorians. One of my favorite things to do in UO has always been placing/flipping/decoing exceptional houses. I don't have much in the way of gold or knowledge to share so I hope that this will be a sought-after service.
My time online is limited - on weekdays I'll be on between 10pm and 1am Eastern US time, on weekends I'm on more but it's touch-and-go since I'm often busy with family or other things. HOWEVER - if you message me here on the forum or PM me in-game and tell me what size house you're looking to place and what criteria/environment you're looking for (for example, 18x18 anywhere, any size within 10 tiles of a world teleporter, tower near a mountainside) I will find the time to find you a nice house spot within 1 or 2 days. My hope is that my help will be most useful to starting players with 0 or 1 houses who are trying to get established but this offer is open to anyone. If you have no need of my help just remember this post and direct people here whenever you see them ask about house placement in world chat! Thanks!
