Is it possible/simple to add another toggle on the house sign security setting to allow co-owner yard wanding?

I get co-owned often to friends houses to help with design/deco and even with all my years of legendary coercion I cannot seem to motivate the owners to pick one up

Yeah, this is one that would be awesome. I hate deco'ing so have also had someone else do it. I'm one of the owners that hates the yard wand.
