New to Windows 7, can't install Razor, please help

I've installed this so many times. I can't now. Please, help.

Sorry for the slow reply. Life got nuts.

It gives the same pop-ups as in the Instructional that Brian supplied. When I follow his instructions, it gives me an entirely different pop up:

And yeah, plenty of Args. lol

No matter how I tweak it, it either goes back to the examples in Brian's Installation instructional or that. I bought this computer from a guy who likes to fiddle with devices extensively. It's older but running Windows 7. It doesn't not have a Programs (x86). Just x86.

I've had Razor on about a half-dozen different ones and it worked great. Not here.

you might be logged in as an "administrator" if that is the case, it will fail to install some pieces of a program. you can try to right click install as admin to see if that helps.

also after you install it, manually run the updater.exe in the razor directory. sometimes that fixes it.

Ran the Updater last night. I think I'm almost there. I followed some other instructions that may have conflicted with others. I'm back tracking. Frustrating. I think the last thing I need to do is manually load the server address. Which why I'm back on the forums. hehe
