Hi, i want to sell my little house that only serve me for bee keeping i will not have enough time in the future to care them. Compose of 22 Thriving beehives of 100k each (25 days old to date) come with all kegs, tools, chest... sorry apparently i cannot upload picture =( you go Nort of makoto Zento and take west ont the path, you can see the 4 kegs in front of house... Or use the rune on display on my vendor Victory in makoto.

i ask 1Mil or best offer.. ok let say 750k (paid itself in a week)

btw 22 behive at 6800 are 149600 gold plus a straight house around 100k-200k, so 750k is for what

I know it an old post, but it sound like im on investigation by the consumer protection office so here your answer.
BTW beehive deed are 7400gp x 22 =162800
3 full keg of each potion...10k each? = 90000
3 parragon chest (i sell them for 30k each ) = 90000
in the chest like 40 hive tool @ 640gp each = 25600
7 bee friendly plant (buy them from azure shop)7k each = 49000
house value is 73500 = 73500
total 490900+wax and honey to gather +/- 500k atm
But the thing i didn't know at this time is when i sell the house the beehive go back in deed form, so i was thinking save time to the new owner and sell him 22 triving beehive... But finally i decide to keep the house and the hives because someone tell me about the Open easyuo bees script
