I almost al time run arround without gold. So a bank card for distant withrawal should be implemeted And shurely there would be some provision to return some of gold back.

This has been suggested many times over. However, I believe this is not done because it would adversely impact the economy. Right now, you can buy bags of holding for EDs (allowing you to carry a significant amount of gold, blessed and weightless) creating a solid gold/ED sink. Secondly, you can purchase bank stones for EDs as well (another sink). The idea is to keep inflation in check by making it more difficult to access your funds, more process to farming/shopping, etc. Plus, there would be less of a need for bless deeds, insurance, etc. From a development perspective, this would already exist if the shard admins felt like it was a good idea. For the reasons stated above and probably some others I am missing, it isn't.

Its function would be only to be able to get gold from bank to backpack, like ATM. I dont think any of things u mentioned wouldnt interfeer with that.

I can't think of any need for this suggested feature. In player-to-player transactions, you can easily use bank checks. With player-to-NPC shopkeeper or player vendor transactions, the gold is taken directly out of your bank if you aren't carrying it. In what situation would this bank card be needed?

Mithril bars are nice in player to player transactions too. No need to read 0's and worry about typos then

If the only function would be to get gold from bank to backpack, like unbeliever said; why would you need this?

If it went the other way too from backpack to bank, it is still not necessary because we have bags of sending, and bags of holding.
