Russian method of upgrading/maintenance:
1. Unplug it
2. Do whatever you need to do
3. Don't forget be social with your coleagues meanwhile, grab a lunch
4. When you think it's done, plug it back in

Powersurge: Hopefully it logged you out immediately so you didn't get killed. If so, the nothing to worry about. If however it took a while for you to vanish from the world, and in that time a monster killed you, then i hope you had your items insured. If you had any pets out, they were all shrunken and put in your backpack.

Nope, nobody knows anything about the downtime. I also heard it wasnt scheduled, because there was nothing written on their site, as someone claims who went there to check the announcements 1 hour before.

Right now i guess there's nothing to do. Slim chance it will get back online over the night, because i think they only keep the lvl1 support personel for the nightshifts, and maybe a few higher tech folks, but i doubt they have enough people with high enough level to get it fixed.

I suggest you keep checking every hour or so. If not sooner, it could/should get back at around 9AM shard time (when the big boys wake up and get to work). Maybe it was just a janitor, plugged out something by mistake
