For some reason you can't command your pets to fight each other or yourself even when in a guild with the exception of in the PVP dungeon!!
Is it this way for a reason?

Yes,
there's been a bug which caused certain pets to start attacking each other just without any command, they sometimes even attacked players. Meaning that you could come back after 2 hours and find yourself dead in your house if you had your pets out. Also caused a problem since on rare occasions you were attacked by the monsters, and the pets.
So i've simply disabled any harmful actions towards any other tamed creature or a player.
