Champion spawn help

Me and 2 other people new to champion spawns wanted to go try to kill Baracoon. It said on the web site the spawn is north of despise and we found and altar type thing with an ankh surrounded by ethreal warriors and wyrms and shadow bandits we killed all these but then nothing happend, then we went the 4 the lvl of despise where it also said the spawn was and there was no altar, I was wondering if anyone knew where the spawns is and also how do i activate it

whoa whoa whoa... ok first Baracoon is exactly NORTH of despise entrance, u gotta keep running around the mountain, where u stopped, it was Chaos, just keep going around the mountain, and its not lvl 4 despise, its in lvl 3, thru a gate that takes u to Terathan Keep, its at the bottom of the keep in the swamp area... and to activate em they are on a timer... usually 6 hours wait time... an note that MOA's an Baracoon are easy so they are ALWAYS down...
