My client crashed and i cant log in anymore

i tryed to instal uo again

i instaled uo gateway again

i restarted my computer

i reseted the patch from uo gateway

i can log on every other shard exept this one , the one i like so much

.

Before i unistaled uo , uo was saying they were some problem comunication with origin restart your uo , now i reinstalled and im stuck at verify account

.

I tryed everything that came in my mind and nothing work help me

In bug reports you said you tried to put macro probably in razor. Try to turn razor off maybe it will help.

Stucking at verifing account after reinstal of uo may happen cause you make a small typo in your username. Make sure if thats correct username and pass.

Which version of you do you use ? Modain's legancy ? If yes, did you patch it to the max and used revert posted on forums ? Try to give us as much details as you can.

Im a old school uo player i put all my macro in option menu

, even with razor i dont use it for hot key. I tryed with no razor also and still got the same probleme.

Sorry for my double post ,

, now im uninstaling/installing/patching uo.

Something weird about it is when i uninstal uo mondain legacy , i removed everything with the control panel you have in windows and erased every uo stuff that was on my computer exept the setup file. When i run the setup file he told me he detect some uo file but everything is removed even uo gateway and and razor.

I will instal uo gateway again and razor after , i give you feedback after i did all this.

I did everything , nothing work and now uo say : There is some problem communicating with Origin please restard Ultima Online and try again.

Before my client closed i was in tokuna island trying to make a macro for taming with last target. When i applyied it uo crashed.

I want to play damm

I got the same problem with macro 2 time before on your shard and every time i was able to connect again to the shard i just dont understand.

Im thinking maybe the shard just dont let me enter since i can log on all other shard i have in my uog.

And every other people can log him exept me.

This is also not my account i tryed to make a new one and same thing maybe my ip is blocked or something like that. Why i dont know

Could you please tell me your account name, and if someone else in your building with the same ip is playing on our shard.

I told you my account by pm and nop no one else is playing uo in my building.

If i understand if by mistake when my client crasher i make a mistake writting my account named i got ban or something like that ?
