who thinks +R should get a Promotion to Seer?
+R is online more than any Seer/Admin/GM...
I understand everyone has a "Real Life" but for players who need support in game it would be nice to have someone who is online often to be able to perform the help/requests of players/people who donate to the shard..
We should be able to have a vote!
Plus everyone loves +R!

+C will consider this when he feels it is time. There is a lot more that goes into a promotion than popularity, as it adds access to many more commands for each rank, and someone promoted before they have a solid grasp on everything for their current rank is likely to have problems or crash the shard by accident. There aren't many more player issues or pages he could handle as seer that he can't handle now (guild hues is about the only one and they don't come up all that often. Everything else would still have to be passed to an admin.) He'd be able to send out food deco as well but those involve global type commands and are tricky and can crash the shard, as I mentioned before. +V told me that he accidentally crashed the shard a few times with ill-written codes once he made seer and then again at admin
Also, +R isn't necessarily the staffer on the most, he may just be the most visible. I've handled several of your pages myself recently even.
