Yes, it's open to the public. One of a kind or not, still very cool deco. Easiest way to find my place is house gates, I'm in the center circle. Dark Green house gate. I believe it's called "The Castle City" I"m on Ice Island. I've got the big custom castle. Pool table is on the second floor above the "bank". The other pool table is at the guild house.
