I would love for my wife to be able to join me, I there anything special I need to do to get an account for her since we are sharing the same IP? Thank you for your assistance!

Yes go here -> http://www.uoex.net/codex/accounting and look under "Requesting a secondary account for the same IP address"

Or you can type in [ACCOUNT from in game then press the button for "Create another account"
