I installed UOSteam and ever since then my client wont even open on its own, it gives me the Out of Memory error.
I've attempted to reinstall the game from scratch as well as restarting my computer.
I've also went in to the virtual memory and tried over riding the "Auto" allocation to a manual setting allowing for more virtual memory.

Anyways, none of which has been successful... I'm sad :( Help me please..

I suppose you did fully uninstall UOSteam. If it still gives "Out of memory error", then it is either UO installation, in which case I have no idea why it gives the error, or it is your OS. It's a bit strange that with 32G of RAM you still have 4G of swap space (page file) occupied. Maybe you are running some programs which occupy all memory by some error or even viruses. I'd try examining what processes occupy how much memory exactly and killing them, or just kill most processes in task manager. I'm not active Windows user so usage of swap space could also be normal for Windows 7, though it is unlikely. Even with 4G occupied in page file UO should've run, but it's worth checking if you are out of options
