Yes. I would suggest using a 120 power scroll first then you can get and use a skill ball for 120 tinker. :)

Before doing so (using a 120 skill ball) i'd recommend to try levelling the skills 1st as the skill gain is quite fast on the shard. Well thats what i think tough.

That's very true! I've leveled most of mine the old fashion way hehe. I'm still farely new but tinker is one I got to 120 "by hand".

Nearly every skill you can get to 120 easily...tricky ridiculous ones like CAMPING or HERDING are good candidates for skill balls...so I'd hold off on wasting any ed's on something that could be done with a simple easyuo script.

The essence of my question is, what if I won't be able to pump some complex skills, such as parrying

Parrying is easy. Equip a shield and attack a trainer in the training room. Take you to 75. Now keep a shield equipped and go fight stuff. It'll steadily rise to 100. Get a 120 power scroll and go fight more stuff. It'll wander up to 120. Then kill balrons for essences of parrying. 100 essences will increase you to 130 parrying.

I believe that most ppl will tell you to hold you skillball till you can get something to 120 and that the most usefull skills for new people will often be taming...Unfortunatly a taming 120 PS is silly expensive and if you can afford the PS, you can likely afford to afk macro it 120 anyway...One of the hardest usefull skills to get to 120 seems to be lockpicking, which is quite usefull early on (when you're a month+ old and/or have some decent pets, which can tank multiple titans and ballys and such at once)...
