Is there such a table for blacksmithing, carpentry,tailoring , etc.?

Not that I know of currently.

I was under the impression that, for blacksmithing, the values match the mining skill needed, if someone with the knowledge can confirm, when I have time I will make a table in the wiki.

I think that the value for tailoring ethereal is 119, but when I was 115, I could work everything else so I'm not sure of the lower bounds.

I've still not raised carpentry or fletching, so no idea.
