Location of Halloween Fights

Hello All,

After a long hiatus, I am back on UO Excelsior ready to battle demons!

I am unsure where to go to find the Halloween battles. I know there is an event on 10/28 but is there anything inbetween where I can battle some ghosts?

Halloween quest area is, world tele/ilshenar/mistas and then run south.

Other events usually leave from thecroof of Moonglow bank.
