reward for donating

about a month ago i donated via paypal

this morning i received a pm from +colibri that i should take the white gate for a reward ?
i did but i dont know what i have to do next i did [account (my email) but the sreen that comes up

is not very clear to me lol
any help would be welcome

You need to ddbl click the withe stone at the back of the room in trinsic...it will ask you to collect reward with your email account associated..then it will appear in your bank box upper left corner

i cant see the stone (someone is standing there) but their is a white gate that leads to a room with
a white stone when i click it a screen whit the details of my account appears

but nothing about rewards

In front of the trinsic teleporter is indeed a white gate. It leads to the donation room. In the back of the room is a white stone on a table that says 'donation reward stone'. Dbl-click it to obtain your rewards.

If you already did this: check your bank for a white backpack. It contains the rewards.

The email you used for your donation needs to match the email you add in [account in-game. Make sure they do then try the stone again.

i tryed really everything other email adresses all i get is a detail of my account

i have to say that +colibri found that my donation was linked to this account so maybe
my email adress is not linked to it ?

Yes the main thing is, the email you entered into [account must match the email you have registered at paypal (or if you don't have an account there, then the email you entered when sending).

If i understand right, you didn't find where to enter it.
When you type [account, at the very top you see two buttons: "Change password" and "Change email". Click the "Change email" one, then in the field enter the email address, click Submit.

ok i have ED where can i use them?

i tryed in the reward room but the stuff i click is added to a list ?

The vendor stones at the ED room are the same as the Gold & Token stones at Trinsic (and those found at events). You add items to your list, then at the right side you'll see a button labeled "buy items".
