Sixth Pack Instinct Pet stack or no?

Does having a sixth pet with pack instinct (i.e 6 Imps) stack or does it stop at 5?

Buff stops at 5, but the 6th will still get the 5 pack buff.

Memory serves that pack instinct ONLY works if they are all attacking same target, if you have 2 or 3 targets you do not get it... If 3 are on same target, you get pack instinct bonus for 3 not all 5 or 6... so having a larger pack does in fact help out a lot if you attack more than one baddie
