Hello:
i have create account today but a cant log in, I write the password correctly but it tells me that it is wrong, how can I enter?
please help.

hey moikano,

did you check caps lock or num field is activated ?

otherwise send a e-mail to admins

no, it tells me that the password is incorrect and they do not answer me email.

Ok, so the first time you created your account, you should've been able to access the game if after the first try you never managed to enter you probably have installation issues or which would be a very hard possibility you created an account with an existing username ...

My suggestion since you actually didn't play is to create a new account, simply write a new log in name and password (on the UO client) and if that opens to the excelsior shard page than that means you can go with that account, if not than reinstalling the game would be advised since you may be trying to access another shard :)

Hope you can fix that issue GMs will be away for the time being so you might want to try another way to solve this ^^

PS: are you using any software to enter the game ? or only the normal client? if so the third-party-software may be using wrong adress and ports! check if Address: shard.uoex.net and port 60

hello.
the first time if I managed to enter, the second time I did not leave. neither lets me create another account, I enter from the game directly.

I have reinstalled the game several times.
to enter is client.exe?
in the download it puts When finished downloading, run the installer.
but download is in .zip , I unzip it and open the client.exe

Were you previously playing in another shard ?

How did you install this game ?
Since each server offers a wide variety of unique things you must use an installer from each provider.

yes, i download this Excelsior Prepatched Client - version 12 (via FTP)

Try running Expatcher_latest file in your client directory and try log in after

download this patcher and place it in your file directory (just drop it there). After that run it, you may need to fix some files.
