Even out the Steeds

Okay I have maxed out some nox steeds and tried to use them, but with them being two slots they are not near as effective. I used two nox and a noble and I tried 1 nox and three nobles and they just dont measure up to the nobles. The poison is awesome, but being at two slots and using less of them doesnt work because they are not a more powerful stand alone pet such as Cu Sidhes.
I firmly believe that all the steeds should be patterned the same pack instinct, 250 max str, 1000 max hit points, one slot, etc.
I love the idea of having different steeds such as the glacial steed, noble steed, nox steed, and would love to see an energy steed to go with them. Taming the different creatures and coming up with new combos is one of the most importnat parts of the shard for me and this would help to make it more enjoyable.
I hope that many of you will agree with me on this.

Question...What is a Glacial steed...never seen one of those.

I would aslo like to see this changed with each type of steed having different types of damage so you could tailor your pets to fight certain monster types more effectivly.

Glacieral Steeds are out too - Chroma and I found one and tamed it - we wont tell you where it is (its our secret) but we will tell you if you ask to see it we will let you. No special abilities on it that we have found yet, but its cool to have - Oh and BTW, when we got it, I had to lure the monsters(wont tell you what kind ) away, and he tamed the steed. The monsters you have to get through, I had 1 maxed cu and 2 maxed nobles fighting it, and when they died, the monster was only 5% down, so don't think you can just walk in and tame it - lol I sacrificed 3 pets while he tamed )

As far as i know im the only one on the shard with a tamed one.

You need 115.1 taming for them btw.

Secrets are the way of things anywhere you go, ive talked with a few people about Plat spawn locations, and though they want the locations I have, they are not willing to give up the locations they have. With a little work, and some time, secrets can be uncovered.
Evening out the steeds, i can understand, but, i would like to see this taken a little further.. currently, the pet to have is the Noble, and now that i have some maxed nobles I see why. maxed frenzies were good, and did the job, but they are not fast like nobles.. this alone will probably keep the nobles at the top of the heap.. however.. IMHO.... a pet that takes three slots, should have the hit points, str, dex etc of three nobles.. obviously they wouldnt have this until they were bred and maxed.. but as it is, a drag, or WW when maxed is no better than 1 Noble, worse in fact, because they are slower. I know there are different abilities etc, but i would like to see all animals balanced, at least a little. make a WW worth owning again, or a Drag.. no, they wont have pack instinct, and they will never replace the nobles, but they have always been my pet of choice, and it pains me to see them as useless pets in comparison. just my oppinion Knite

Nothing will ever equal the nobles until admins balance things out. Don't get me wrong I love the nobles, but am bored with them and want something new. The problem is with glacial stangs, nox steeds, ancient frost spiders all taking two slots and aqua stangs taking three slots and being less powered than the nobles it just doesnt make sense. All of the horses, noble steed, nox steed, glacial stang, aqua stang are all the same friggin things with different breath weapons. So why make them higher levels when you know they wont be used and everyone will continue to use the nobles because they get the job done where as the higher slot ones don't. I took a ancient frost spider, nox steed, and a noble steed out and took on a balron and then took a balron on with five nobles and it was no contest. The 5 nobles destroyed the balron twice as fast.

I by no means am saying raise the slots of the nobles because that would make them as useless as the others. I am saying that the aqua steeds, ancient frost spiders, and nox steeds are not strong enough to be 2-3 slots. The strength of all the steeds are in the numbers. None of them are stand alone creatures and while they are 2-3 slots nobody will use them.

While I am at it another one that right now is just about totally useless are Bone beetles. They are three slots, slow, and cannot breed so nobody wants them. They need to also be dropped a slot and be made breedable again if you want to get people interested in them

Dark I agree. This is one of the reasons I have gone to breeding up Hellcats. They are 1 slot with pack and have magery. But I also would like to see the steeds even out make them all be 1 slots. Just seems odd that of all the custom tameables the only ones being used are Nobles. The rest are pretty much for show only. I for one went looking for the new spawns (peopel wouldnt share locations...) found them and realized they were useless in the long run and havent been back again. I had really high hopes of the Syberian tiger till I saw how many slots it was....
