trying to install uosteam but...

So I just joined today, and trying to install uosteam to hopefully make some things easier. I downloaded it but when i go to install it says "this app can not run on this computer" I am not the sharpest tool in the shed when it comes to computer, any help would be greatly appreciated. I did try running it as administer but still the same issue.

I think there are 1 or 2 programs u have to have installed to run uosteam. Such as microsoft redistributable c++ and maybe another. However make sure also that if u r running 64 bit windows u have the 64 bit version of msrc++ and not 32 bit version. Or 64 bit may not work and u have to use 32 bit version no matter what. Not sure cause its been so long and uo code aint the newest coded game. Gl
