Hello Excelsiorians

I just finished a pretty sweet custom build and intend on selling it AS IS, a “Rahr Custom”.

The Rune to it is the display on my MAkoto Zento vendor NW inner corner.

Here are some details to keep in mind:
-It is two merged 18x18’s + 11x16 (it has the sinkable option but not currently sunk)
-Rare secluded Malas location in the middle of a dang mountain!
-Theres a good bit of yard wand money in it to stay. (Also spent a fair bit of coin in and out of the customization menu perfecting the layout.)
-Comes fully furnished, has a few decent deco items, though mostly just place holder items to give the buyer an idea. Should you want to change/sell items, they would be your items to do with as you wish. (I didn’t spend nearly as much effort making custom deco as I would normally have to but then again, I build it in mind just to sell).

Ok soooo.. I’ve gotten several inquiries regarding this custom home. Absolutely understandably, It seems the majority are simply unsure of its value and also may fear providing an “insulting” offer. As well, I do not wish to scare any potential interests away lol. So I’d like to give an honest transparent value for those interested or curious of which ballpark it’s in. I will just itemize here what is actually in it, though in total this has been in progress for quite some time so it certainly didn’t feel like so much to me.
I am NOT saying this is the asking price. I am considering all offers!

-500ed/bare plots. May seem high to some but as it was explained to me when I purchased them for the same price, “Fact: you’d have better odds finding a Titans Hammer then you would finding an empty personal mountain for a home and a TItans can sell for 1000+ed”. Only maybe 2 locations like it on the entire Malas facet and none as isolated, one of a kind.

-100ed/price of creative building service ; ) Similar to the going rate of lvling a weapon for someone. I mean gimme a break ova here lol, its literally the only profit in the end. And maybe not even then cause I have no idea how much I spent committing designs over and over and over again.

A question for you: do you know if the yard wand items transfer ownership with the house? I know I sometimes see yard wand items lingering around from houses that are no longer there.

They do not. I bought a house with yard wand items and the yard wand items are not mine; so in theory a person could remove them after =)

Yes Athena is correct. You would just have to trust whoever placed the wand stuff to not come back and remove it. Otherwise, the yard wand items would not disappear or anything if property changed ownership. I believe I have a trustworthy standing on the shard to reflect this a none concern. And I would be happy to stop by and remove any wand items should someone want to alter the design.
