Second we have another BEAUTIFUL weapon and this one is 4 x 38 plus 1 x 40. No hit dispel either!!!
Both of these weapons if leveled would make amazing weapons. The first one would end up with a 4 x 50 plus 4 x 40 if you add 50% on both fireball and lightning plus you'd have a few points left over. The second weapon could be a 3 x 50 plus 4 x 40 if you add fireball and lightning at 50% and you'd have harm, lightning, fireball all at 50%.
