Hey all, which one of these 2 would you choose? Would you rather add the fireball and have lower points or drop fireball and boost the others? Thanks.

When I level weapon, two critical stats are Hit Lightning and Hit Mana leech.
I always put 60% Hit Lightning because there are umms where I hunt often(fel wrong), and generally in fel. Also Hit Lightning is the strongest hit.
Hit Mana Leech should be enough for using weapon abilities and casting buffs at same time. If this is double axe, then double strike consumes lots of mana, so I'd check (with this or some other weapon) how much mana leech you need with your regen and Lower Mana Cost. Whirlwind consumes only 8 mana so your 38% is plenty for it, probably even if you whirlwind and mana leech single mob.
Also I'd put 8str/8hp because hp are really important for stronger mobs always.
Certainly I wouldn't raise HLA/HLD any higher. These are good stats to have, but successful affect lasts 10 seconds so 38% chance is enough.
Hit Life Leech is good for mobs in s'gail with mortal strike, but there are necro spells that give lots of life leech.
Hit Physical area might actually be good to pull mobs. Useful for last levels of champs and for hunting faster sometimes.
SDI I wouldn't put, especially instead of Hit Lightning/Fireball.
So with this weapon I'd make sure that you have enough mana leech for spamming double strike, then spend rest of points on Hit Lightning/str/hp. Hit Fireball is certainly good, but it's not 100% necessary. Though if you will have points left, Hit Fireball would make hunting faster.

It's ok, but I really hate spending time hitting umms, especially in fel wrong with other mobs around, so I always put 60% hit lightning(umms only can be hit with energy spells). But your weapon will serve you well.

only time im really in fel is to level weapons so this wont really be used there. itll be a ilshnear/peerless weapon
