These would be great for first relayers -- you need that swing speed increase early on. And you're basically getting the fully leveled relayer for the price of a relayer deed.
Just curious -- what is it you don't like about these relayers? They look like they hit everything on the core build... SDI, potions, reflect, the stat bonuses and regens. Is it the DCI?

These slots I actually upgraded awhile ago. They were my first 2 relayers and I have just slowly changed/upgraded slots when I can.
